Main function
1.Recovering the electrophoretic paint rinsed off the surface of workpieces, and reusing the recovered electrophoretic paint, which can make the enterprise save 30% of the purchase cost of spot painting, and at the same time, it can avoid the environmental pollution due to the discharge of wastewater with paint.
2. The produced ultrafiltration water can be used as the rinsing water for the workpieces in the electrophoresis tank.
3. By properly discharging the ultrafiltration solution, it can remove various ions brought into the electrophoresis paint tank during the production process and stabilize the electrophoresis working fluid.
